Hello, my name is Pamela Crane. I am a fully trained, fully qualified and experienced Clinical Hypnotherapist, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Practitioner, Reiki and Seichem Healer working with people from Beverley, Hull, and the surrounding areas of East Yorkshire.
I am a full, professional member of the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR) and work by their code of ethics. The GHR is the UK's largest Professional Association for hypnotherapists and is overseen by The General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSc) whose aim is to 'Promote the Profession and Protect the Public'
For your peace of mind, I hold an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau Certificate (CRB)

During my 25 year career in the social care, health and education sectors, I have provided one to one therapy, counselling, advice, training and support. Additionally, I have carried out self help group work with staff and clients in a number of different organisations within the statutory, voluntary and the independent sectors, including the NHS, Social Care Services, Adult Education as well as for private companies.
I write a regular column in the HU17.net magazine, offering strategies to help you to feel more positive and to enhance your lifestyle.
I possess particular expertise in helping people deal successfully with weight control, anxiety, self-confidence, stress relief, stopping smoking and bereavement issues. I have also worked successfully with people on a wide range of other issues including: inner child work, recovering from relationship breakdown, past life regression, cravings, fears and phobias.
Over the years, my work has benefitted many people helping them to deal successfully with issues in their lives. I would welcome the opportunity to do the same for you.
