 Hello, my name is Pamela Crane and I am a fully trained, fully qualified and experienced Clinical Hypnotherapist, EFT Practitioner, Reiki and Seichem Healer working in the Beverley, Hull and surrounding areas.
I am a full member of the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR) and work by their code of ethics. The GHR is overseen by The General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSc) whose aim is to 'Promote the Profession and Protect the Public'
I run a private practice offering Clinical Hypnotherapy, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and Reiki/Seichem Healing.
Having spent the majority of my working life in the social care and health sectors, I am consequently, very experienced in working with people in a therapeutic sense.
Always enthusiastic and interested to enhance my service, I continually work to increase my level of expertise, updating my knowledge and skills by studying the latest and most effective therapies, achieving higher levels of qualifications as I progress.
During my career, I have provided one to one therapy, counselling, advice and support. Additionally, I have carried out self help group work with staff and clients in a number of different organisations within the statutory, voluntary and the independent sectors, including the NHS, Social Care Services, Adult Education and for private companies.
I possess experience and expertise in working with people on a wide range of issues including; Weight Reduction, Binge Eating, Stress Relief, Low Self-esteem and Lack of Confidence, Inner Child work, Recovering From Relationship Breakdown, Anxiety, Panick Attacks, Cravings, Fears, Phobias, High Blood Pressure, Loss and Bereavement, Migrains, Pain Control, Stopping Smoking, Childbirth, Infertility, Past Life Regression and much more.
I currently deliver training workshops in EFT for personal use (see the EFT section for more information) passing on my skills in this valuable technique and thereby helping people to overcome emotional and physical problems and issues, which may be preventing them from getting the most out of life.
My interest in therapeutic work began over twenty years ago and I have used my skills and expertise to help many people over the years.
