It is my belief that therapeutic interventions should be as accessible and as affordable as possible for everyone and I am committed to ensuring that you receive a high quality service at a reasonable cost.

You will always be advised of the cost at the outset (after assessment during the free consultation) and you will never be encouraged to have treatments you do not need. If I believe that I am unable to help you I will say so and do my best to suggest an appropriate alternative, wherever possible.

In an attempt to help those people who otherwise could not afford my therapeutic treatments I will, in some circumstances, offer a reduced cost.  But, please be honest and only request a reduction if you really need it so that those less fortunate are able to benefit more.

Your session may take slightly longer than the times shown above, depending on your individual needs. There is no extra charge for this.

* A single Stopping Smoking session is all that is required. Further backup support is provided after the treatment and you will also be supplied with written guidance to further support your success.

** The EFT For Personal Benefit Workshop includes refreshments. A non-refundable deposit of £10 is required to secure your place.

*** The Weight and Size Control Programme consists of four, weekly sessions (the first and the second sessions take approximately one and a half hours each followed by two sessions of one hour each) and includes a backup CD and written guidance on EFT.

Can anyone be hypnotised? 
Yes, if they want to be, though it is not advisable to try to hypnotise anyone who is intoxicated with alcohol or high on drugs.  
People who suffer from severe psychotic illnesses often do not respond well to hypnosis and should always consult their GP or medical consultant beforehand.

Will I be asleep?
No. The hypnotherapist will be observing you at all times and although you will be extremely relaxed and in a level of trance you will not reach the sleep state.

Will I be asked to divulge things I don't wish to?
No, absolutely not. Regardless of how deeply a person may go into trance, they actually remain in full control of the situation. You will be fully able to speak if you wish to, or not as the case may be.  Most of the time you will not be expected to speak at all apart from maybe occasionally to answer a question or to acknowledge whether or not you can visualise a particular scene or image.
In addition to the professional ethics being adhered to by the therapist, your subconscious mind protects you at all times and you will never say or do anything under hypnosis that you do not choose to. 

Will you have any control over my mind?
No, You are in complete control at all times.  Indeed, a clinical hypnotherapist acts only as the catalyst for helping you to work things through yourself in your own mind, enabling you to overcome old habits and behaviours and to deal with issues in a more positive way.

How many sessions will I need to have?
Each person is assessed as an individual in order to ensure the best possible outcome.  Some issues can be dealt with in just one session whilst other, more severe situations will require more. You will always be advised of this and of the cost during your initial, free consultation.
